Webber Restaurant Group is thrilled to announce the June 27th release of our new red wine blend, Patriarch. Our very own sommelier, and Gibbet Hill Grill co-owner, Kate Webber, blended this exclusive California red in January 2016 and it will hit our wine lists later this month.
We are so excited about the launch of our new blend, that we want to give away a $200 gift certificate, to the Webber Restaurant Group restaurant of your choice. For your chance to win, guess the blend!

This blend will pair well with the Steak Frites (with arugula salad, truffled shoestring fries, and bone marrow butter) at Gibbet Hill Grill, the Steak tips with au poivre and roasted pepper flan at Scarlet Oak Tavern, or the Colorado Lamb Chops (with roasted eggplant and mint raita) at The Bancroft.
